What do We do

We provide multilingual customer support solutions to our clients (eCommerce and online service providers) to help them grow. We improve customer care of our clients by virtue of making it more user-friendly and faster, as well as we eliminate any language-related obstacles on a customer care by using our platforms - Live Chat and Translation Platform.

In order to perform, improve and protect our Services, we process:

  • (as a Data Controller) internet protocol (IP), type of browser, the device used of everyone who visits our Service or if sending us a message name, email address and location (“Visitor”).
